CERTIFICATE COURSE: SOLAR INVERTER INSTALLATION AND REPAIR

Course Description
Participants will learn how solar photovoltaic systems and backup (inverter) systems work, how they are designed, and how systems are installed during this Intensive Solar Energy training. The course will cover the fundamentals of photovoltaics, such as how voltage, current, power, and energy interact. The program teaches participants how to calculate and customize the components needed for successful installations (inverter, solar panel, charge controllers, batteries, and so on). Energy auditing and energy efficiency implementation techniques are also covered in the program. The program includes lessons on installation safety, system maintenance, and solar entrepreneurship.
